A screenplay draft of my short story "Backgammon" – with an open thread of development notes from Remy Bazerque, the project's director-collaborator, and our readers.
I loved this story and subscribed to Nathan immediately. i would love to see this filmed, although i do have my own film of it in my head... always a danger in film adaptations.
Given this is the first screenplay I've ever read from beginning to end, albeit in three chunks - its a time thing, mine - the fact that I kept going back says all. I remember the story when you posted, loved it then and here! RV à la remise des Palmes d'Or à Cannes!
wow.at first I thought-it's a long read..then I just forgot about it and swallowed it all up in one gulp you can say. I pictured Rafael completely different, that makes it even more interesting. I thought-woking class facade ours must be too it's just situated in a crazily expensive place it's all crazy i. I thought-most of the folks here did study something like that for a living while I never did-and as always, it didn't help. I thought: pity I wasn't more like Lea.I thought of several movies. I thought many things, I thought nothing, I just was there.
