How many times have I wondered about the narrator! Of course he’s the small claims court judge. And of course he’s just a reasonable guy who told a story about kindness and good old fashioned fun. (And banned himself from it in the process.) Brilliant.
I'm glad you agree! Somebody that models justice and good values seems perfect for somebody who had a "judicial slip-up." I deliberately didn't want to mention The Boil in this chapter, but I also thought it was fun that the Sleepmobile's value had fallen under $500, so the case would have to go to small claims court. Maybe I need two epilogues. (Kidding.) Thanks for joining this ride, Kimberly. And for your comments along the way. It's meant a lot.
Three Cheers, ( no not What Cheers) for Reginald, Phineas, and of course Tripod , though highly unusual, but nevertheless a major scene stealer. And especially the Sleepmobile 🥳👏, I had no intention of letting you get away with Pinball in her driver’s seat , snapping open cans and spilling beer all over her!
That would definitely be a nightmare to have PInball in your car. Talk about a guy you wouldn't want to help you navigate. Pinball and Tripod were a lot of fun for me. (I just went looking for a "paw" emoji, and there is one, but it has two paw prints in it, and I wanted only one so that I could make three, and, well, never mind.
I think I ought to complain to The Emoji Dept. at Substack. Bad enough there is no emoji to represent a handicapped dog, but no VW Beetle? Now that is just a travesty . While I did not find beer cans, and I know you found ‘toasting’
beers, I am adding the single beer glass for Pinball , he’s gonna need it after Chapter 27. 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺♾️
Phineas!! From the curly haired little introvert to the one who saves U.U.
The judge banning himself from the field! So good to see the underdogs succeed!
In the town of What Cheer, the underdogs always succeed. I'm the mayor. :-)

I would read twelve epilogues.
“He sounded like Moses out there”
Oh my goodness Adam, I’m laughing out loud.
