What a beautiful conclusion in this chapter! 'The antenna was knocked clear off, and her music began to play'. His soliloquy, and Reginald asking for Phineas to succeed. Lastly, my favorite line of all..."I saw."
Thank you for this truly enjoyable journey through What Cheer with The Sleepmobile...
Well, well, the actors are all on the stage now. Each playing a performance of a lifetime.
Except for Pinball, unless I include ; “The man’s a mystery, but he might be toasting us for reaching the bottom.” I’m sure he has a bigger part to play. Maybe a grand soliloquy yet to come. I guess there is some truth in the saying,’dress for success’.
“And he was The Knuckleball Artist.” Finally, I know the truth, I’m cheering for Reginald, cracked open a beer to toast him. And that is a high compliment, I hate beer, just ask anyone who knows me. Well done, Adam. You know I’ve been faithful to the entire ‘gang’, and I like Baseball even less than beer. You are correct , this chapter can certainly be a stand alone, or, as I like to think of it, the perfect place to stand, ready for the next one. I am wearing a pretty big smile, especially of The Sleepmobile.
Yes!!!!! This chapter! I love it so much.
This was one of the bigger ones in the story. 😆

I misread your comment here as conclusion within the chapter itself not within the story. 4 chapters to go.
Well, hurray! I'm looking forward to more of these amazing characters!!! 👏
Ahhhhhh! This scene! The storm, the play, the Sleepmobile accompanying it all. At last!!! Hurrah!
Absolutely this could be a stand alone…but the journey of getting here makes it all the more sweet and rewarding.
❤️ (We are rounding third.)

A stage, a grand soliloquy, a baseball, a beer, a big smile and a Sleepmobile.
