On June 1^st, 2022, I was employed by Noel R-, better known as “Muckraker,” to support the decryption, translation, generation, and registration of CETO’s (Cetology and Translation Outreach) interspecies communication. I am attributed with the foundational insight that made the “silver water” breakthrough for the eponymous Project Silver Water.

I was the first to “speak with whales.”
